Throughout the coaching program, you’ll explore a wide range of essential board topics, including “Am I board ready?“, career growth strategies, obtaining first board roles, and specialized training for board positions. Sonja Robinson, with over 600 hours of accredited coaching experience, will guide you through transformative discussions and equip you with valuable insights to excel in your board responsibilities.
