We are excited to announce the appointment of Delphine Trabaldo to the newly established role of Business Development Manager for Board Owl.
In this newly created position, Delphine will support the existing team in their drive to develop and grow the company through global partnerships, as well as engage with Board Owl’s community of board members, founders, and CEOs.
Delphine joins from 10 years in the financial services industry and professional services, where she held various roles as sales manager, chief of staff and consultant. She then decided to follow her real passion: entrepreneurship and the start-up world. Outside of work, you’ll find Delphine exploring the world, on mountains or water, usually surrounded by family and friends.

Board Owl was launched formally in March 2020 and is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in matching high quality individuals to the boards of international start-ups, charitable foundations and small- to mid-size enterprises for impact. The platform also offers workshops and masterclasses to aspiring board members and founders, as well as access to high quality board education from partnering academic institutions.
