He brings extensive expertise as a board member and advisor, coupled with a profound understanding of operational efficiency and finance. Donald has a passion for delivering training and education.
With over 25 years in the global staffing industry, Dinette has a proven track record of transforming business models for growth and delivering strategic workforce solutions to international clients. Since September 2024, she has served as Chair of Calco in The Netherlands. Previously, as President of Kelly International and Senior Vice President at Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company, she led international operations, reporting directly to the CEO. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Dinette is passionate about driving value for businesses while fostering growth for people and organizations. Based in Switzerland, she enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and family time.
Sashi brings over 20 years of experience in the global institutional financial services sector, having held key roles at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. She has led global teams in sales, account management, and client strategy at Fintech firm Symphony, as well as building and leading the global institutional account management team at Coinbase, a digital asset exchange. Sashi now focuses on bringing her extensive expertise in Fintech, Blockchain, Web3, Digital Assets, and Financial Technology to bridge market opportunities through advisory work. Her passion lies in inspiring company culture, people development, and creating transformative strategies and solutions.
Romy has extensive expertise in people practices, drawing from her global experience leading HR teams of up to 80 members across startups and established corporations. This breadth of experience has given her deep insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within different organizational environments. Her focus on talent development has allowed her to create high-performing organizations and serve as a coach to executive teams. Romy emphasizes building a culture of excellence to boost employee performance and motivation for long-term success. Currently, she manages her family’s office, concentrating on HR Tech investments and fostering trust and partnerships to create strategic plans for sustained success. Additionally, Romy is a respected consultant and advisor, committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving market demands.

With her background in Business Administration and International Relations, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Board Owl. Her diverse professional background has equipped her with a deep understanding of how to navigate different markets and cultures, making her well-suited for any future endeavors the company may undertake.
With a solid background in global strategic business and corporate development, Amalia brings extensive expertise and insight to her role. Amalia's expertise extends to sell-side M&A advisory, complementing her strategic insight, analytical prowess, and hands-on approach that have assisted various IT and FMCG clients in achieving their strategic growth objectives. Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, Amalia is dedicated to driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships that propel Board Owl to new heights.
Michael is our IT guy and web specialist. With his background in business informatics he loves to be the interplay between technology, business, and society. Since 2010, he has been managing director of the web agency flink think GmbH and realises online strategies and online presences for SME businesses.
Sophie’s strategic approach helps brands discover their purpose, clarify their message, and communicate with confidence. She brings those brands to life with authentic brand strategy, visual identity, messaging, language, and digital and print presence. She lives in Australia and works with clients worldwide.

You can register either as an individual looking for board positions or as a company looking for board member in our section "Get started".
We accept payments via PayPal or credit card (through Stripe). These are both secure payment platforms.
For every match received per email, you will be able to access all details on our platform in your member log-in area and decide whether this opportunity is a good fit for you. We will share your data with the company only after you have given your consent.
In addition, at any time you can withdraw yourself from the application process should you not be convinced by the position.
For simplicity reasons, the interview process will be coordinated directly between the candidate and the company.
